Return/Exchange Policy

Refund and Exchange Procedures:

 

Before starting any returns or exchanges, please contact us at support@blaster-pro.com.

All accompanying products, paperwork, etc. that were initially supplied with the purchase must be included in all returns and exchanges.

Please get in touch with us for particular shipping instructions if your return or exchange includes batteries.

Please be aware that processing time for returns and exchanges, not including shipping periods, may take up to 2 weeks.

Charges for return shipping that are unrelated to a product that was flawed or mishandled while it was being delivered to you are your responsibility.

7-Day Unused Product Return Policy

Only unused products in their original packing and condition are eligible for returns within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Please get in touch with us at support@blaster-pro.com to make a refund request. To complete your return, we'll need a receipt or other documentation of purchase. Your obligation will be to pay for shipping. We will provide a refund if the item is returned to us unused, undamaged, and in its original packing.

Gift cards and downloaded software goods are only two examples of things that are clearly marked on our website and throughout the buying process as being non-returnable.

Sending your item back to the manufacturer is strongly discouraged.

Exchanges (Only for Faulty/Damaged Products):

 

7-Day Policy for Defective Products

Please email us at support@blaster-pro.com if you think you have received a damaged product.

Products may only be exchanged for faulty ones within seven days after purchase. Your order number, a description of your setup (with images if available), and any extra details about how you're using the product that can help us spot any flaws are all things we'll need in order to complete your exchange.

If it turns out that a product is flawed because of a manufacturing mistake or poor quality materials, we will make the required repairs or provide a replacement. If replacement or repair is not feasible, a refund will be given.

Depending on where you live, it can take longer or shorter for your repaired or replacement goods to reach you.

Refunds:

 

We'll send you an email to let you know when your returned item has arrived when we get it and check it. Additionally, we will let you know whether your refund request has been approved or rejected. If authorised, the refund will be carried out, and a set number of days later, a credit will automatically be credited to your credit card or original form of payment.

Missing or Delayed Refunds:

 

Please recheck your bank account if you haven't gotten your return.

Items on sale

 

Refunds are only available on goods with standard prices. Sales products cannot be returned.

Exchanges:

 

Only damaged or faulty products are subject to replacement. Send us an email at support@blaster-pro.com if you need to swap a broken or faulty item for the same one.

Shipping:

The shipping charges for returning an item are your responsibility. The cost of shipping is not refundable.

If you get a refund, the amount of your refund will be reduced by any shipping charges that BlasterPro paid for you.
